An investor since 1988, I spent many years buying and selling property through the successive French tax-relief schemes — Méhaignerie, De Robien, Pinel and others.

I currently own two apartments personally, and manage others on behalf of private clients under the LMNP scheme in Val d’Europe. I have been running short-term rentals since November 2017.

I offer to look after your property: check-in, check-out, in person or with a secure key box, cleaning, household linen and upkeep — exactly as I do with my own.
