Marne-la-Vallée · sector 4

Airbnb property management in Marne-la-Vallée

Marne-la-Vallée spans four very different sectors. We operate in sector 4, Val d’Europe, the one that takes in Disneyland Paris, the Val d’Europe shopping centre and La Vallée Village.

Sector 4 is not the rest of Marne-la-Vallée

In rental terms, Val d’Europe behaves quite differently from the sectors closer to Paris such as Noisy-le-Grand or Champs-sur-Marne. Here, guests are overwhelmingly tourists and families staying two to four nights, whereas sectors 1 and 2 lean towards medium-term lets and student or professional tenants.

That difference changes everything about the management: faster turnover, more cleans, pricing that is highly sensitive to the school holiday calendar, and strong expectations around family amenities — a cot, a parking space, a fully equipped kitchen.

The area we cover

We manage apartments in Serris, Chessy and Montévrain, and also travel to Bailly-Romainvilliers and Magny-le-Hongre. We deliberately keep to a short radius: that is what lets us be on site within the hour if something goes wrong during a stay.

A management company operating from the other side of the Paris region cannot make that promise, and that is exactly where review scores start to slip.

Frequently asked questions

Do you cover the whole of Marne-la-Vallée?

No. We stay within Val d’Europe and the neighbouring towns. Any further and we could no longer guarantee our response times, and we would rather say so plainly.

How long is the average stay in the area?

Most bookings run from two to four nights, peaking at weekends and during school holidays. That means far more turnovers than a conventional let.
