Cleaning & linen

We handle the cleaning and the linen for every booking. The property is reset between guests, with a systematic check before the next arrival.

In short-term rental, cleanliness is the leading cause of poor ratings, well ahead of price or location. A well-located property in Val d’Europe that is cleaned approximately loses rating points with every stay, and those points are paid back in lost visibility on the platforms.

Towels and bed linen are provided and renewed for every stay, along with basic consumables. Linen is processed off site: that avoids improvised turnarounds between two departures and keeps quality identical however tightly bookings follow one another.

The pre-arrival check is a separate step, carried out after the clean. It covers what cleaning does not reveal: a blown bulb, a remote control without batteries, equipment moved by previous guests. It is also when we spot small damage, before it turns into a repair.

We operate in Serris, Chessy, Montévrain and the rest of Val d’Europe. Proximity matters: a team based locally can handle a 10 am departure and a 3 pm arrival on the same day, which is impossible to organise from far away.
