Why Val d’Europe is a market of its own

Val d’Europe combines two sources of demand that do not overlap: family tourism drawn by Disneyland Paris, and business travellers tied to the area’s economic hub. As a result, rental demand does not collapse outside the school holidays as it does in many tourist destinations.

The area is home to 1,284 businesses, 168 shops at the Val d’Europe shopping centre drawing 17 million visitors a year, and 114 shops at La Vallée Village, the third most visited culture and leisure destination around Paris with 6 million visitors.

On top of that comes accessibility that is rare this far out of Paris: 30 minutes to the capital on the RER A, and a TGV station at Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy.

What we take care of

We create and optimise your listings on Airbnb and Booking.com, steer rates daily with a dynamic pricing tool, and answer guests before, during and after their stay.

On site, we handle the welcome in person or via a secure key box, the cleaning and linen between every booking, and routine maintenance of the property.

There is no minimum term: you are free to take your property back at any time, with one month’s notice.

Frequently asked questions

Which Val d’Europe towns do you cover?

Mainly Serris, Chessy and Montévrain, as well as Bailly-Romainvilliers and Magny-le-Hongre. For other towns in the urban area, get in touch: it depends on the distance and the type of property.

Do I need a special status to run a short-term rental in Val d’Europe?

Letting a furnished tourist property requires a declaration to the town hall, which issues a registration number that must appear on your listings. We guide you through it, and the LMNP status is the most common tax framework for this kind of rental.

Do you manage sublets too?

Yes, both holiday lets and sublets, provided the lease allows it and the owner has given written consent.
