The rate depends on the size of the property, the expected turnover of stays and the distance from Serris. For reference, the French property management market ranges from 15% to 25% of rental income. We are a local business, without the head-office costs of a national network.

- Major works and repairs, billed at cost once you approve them

How are you paid?
As a percentage of the rental income actually received. No subscription, no joining fee: if your property is not let, we charge nothing. The rate depends on the property, its size and the expected turnover of stays, excluding cleaning fees.
What is your commission rate?
The French market ranges from 15% to 25% of rental income depending on what is included. We deliberately sit at the lower end of that range, because we are a local business without the head-office costs of a national chain. You get the exact rate after we have visited the property.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can take management back at any time, with one month’s notice so we can honour bookings that are already confirmed.
Are cleaning and linen included?
Cleaning between each booking and the supply of bed linen and towels are handled by us. Basic consumables are restocked for every stay.
