La Vallée Village draws international visitors all year round, usually on one- to three-night stays. We manage the short-term rentals of owners in the surrounding area, a few minutes on foot from the shopping village and Val d’Europe station.
We are not La Vallée Village’s customer service and we have no connection with the brand. If you are looking for the centre’s visitor services — luggage storage, purchase delivery, shuttles — please contact the village directly.
What we do is manage short-term rentals located around that hub: Serris, Chessy, Montévrain. If you own a flat a few minutes from La Vallée Village and want it let without having to run it yourself, you are in the right place.
Guests coming for La Vallée Village are nothing like guests coming for the parks. They book shorter — often one or two nights — later, and they frequently arrive at the end of the day. They also travel without a car more often: Val d’Europe station is within walking distance of the village, which makes the RER A perfectly workable from Paris and from the airports.
In practice that shifts a property’s priorities. Parking becomes secondary, proximity to the station becomes decisive, and self check-in stops being a comfort: an arrival at 9pm after a day’s shopping does not fit around an appointment.
This audience is also highly international, which calls for a listing and arrival instructions available in English, and short reply times despite time differences. These are operational points, not comfort details: both platforms factor them into listing rankings.
What makes this area interesting is that it does not rest on a single seasonality. Sale periods, weekends and the end-of-year season bring shopping demand that does not overlap exactly with the French and foreign school holidays carrying Disney guests.
For an owner, that means filled weeks where a purely park-oriented property would sit empty. The listing does have to address both audiences, and prices have to follow two calendars rather than one — which is exactly what daily price adjustment does.
Add to that midweek business demand from the Val d’Europe office hub, and longer stays filling the troughs. A well-positioned property here lives off four distinct sources of demand, which is the best protection there is against weak months.
A short-term rental around La Vallée Village follows the same rules as anywhere else in Serris: declaration to the town hall, a registration number on the listing where the commune requires one, and a 120-night annual cap if the property is your main residence.
This area’s very international audience adds a practical point that is often forgotten: arrival instructions and house rules need to exist in English. It is not a legal obligation, but a dispute with a guest who did not understand a rule is far harder to settle when nothing was written in their language.
We check these points before going live and prepare the documents in both languages. For tax choices, speak to an accountant: that is not our trade and we do not pretend to replace one.
No. We are an independent short-term rental management company based in Serris, with no connection to the brand. We manage local owners’ Airbnb and Booking.com properties; for the centre’s visitor services, please contact the village directly.
Easily. In this area what matters more than distance to the village is distance to Val d’Europe station, because most guests arrive by RER. A property within walking distance of the station covers both.
On their own, not really: the clean and the turnover cost as much as they would for three nights. They become worthwhile when they plug gaps between two longer bookings, and that is why minimum-stay rules are set case by case rather than once and for all.
